Working principle of Honghai Detergents Pumps
Two gears in internal gear pump coming in and out so as to produce flow. While at the same time, two identical gears rotating against each other, one gear is driven by motor and drive the other gear. Both gears are supported by shaft with quality bearing.
Step one
As the gears come out of the mesh, they will create expanding volume on the inlet side of Honghai internal gear pump. And then, the liquids will flow into the chamber and will be trapped by the gear teeth when they rotate.
Step two
Liquids travel around the inner side of the casing in the pockets between the teeth and the casing - which doesn’t pass between the gears.
Step three
At last, the mesh of the gears forces liquids through the outlet under pressure. Because of the gears supported from both sides, the Honghai external gear pumps are quiet- running and are routinely used for high-pressure applications. With no overload bearing loads, the rotor shaft won’t deflect and cause earlier wearing.
